Hatha Yoga/Yoga Flow 10.30am to 11.30am (adults)  (The Studio)

Focussing on strength, flexibility and alignment. These classes are for those who have been doing yoga for at least 6 months and are an improver/intermediate level where basic yoga poses are reinforced and extended and flow elements are incorporated. Higher impact, focussed but fun 🙂
